Mirror

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Reflecting what is in its sight and all

Of life’s rise and  fall
Be it short or tall
Whether it is big or small
By choosing either  to walk or to crawl
Either to finish it quick or choosing to stall
Either by going under or leaping over each wall

What does the mirror shows?
Is it happiness?
With a face so bright and a smile topping it off?
Is it sadness?
With a face so pale, spelling emptiness and sorrowful feeling?
Is it anger?
With face flushed in red, filled with only rage and hatred?
Or is it a bit of everything?
For there will always be some who are feigning what are felt
Hidden under a mask they created

It’s not about what is shown
For the correct way to look at it
Is what are chosen to be seen
By those who were looking at the
Mirror, mirror on the wall
